Itabus, an Italian coach transport company and part of the Italo – Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori group, has chosen Navla as its strategic partner for Data Analytics. The partnership focuses on monitoring and optimizing web and app tracking, with the goal of supporting the company in defining an increasingly advanced approach to data analysis and activation.

The collaboration with Navla stems from Itabus’s need to rely on a partner capable of guiding the company in strengthening its digital strategies. The project includes ongoing advisory and technical support activities — from data collection and quality control to its activation through analysis, visualization, and actionable business insights.

The collaboration involves Navla’s strategic and operational support throughout the entire lifecycle of Itabus’s digital data. The initiative is structured around three main areas:
