Navla, part of Datrix Group, will lead Volkswagen's Search Intelligence activities to strengthen the Brand's digital visibility.
A collaboration aimed at strengthening the Volkswagen Brand’s presence in the new online search ecosystem, increasingly driven by AI, generative platforms and multi-platform discovery.
Through an agreement with Volkswagen Italia, Navla will lead the Brand’s Search Intelligence activities, with the goal of strengthening the digital presence and organic visibility of the volkswagen.it website within an increasingly diverse and continuously evolving search landscape. Navla is part of Datrix Group, the first international ecosystem of vertical Artificial Intelligence software companies.
The collaboration stems from the desire to develop an advanced approach to Search Strategy, capable of integrating data analysis, expertise and specialized technologies to interpret a digital environment in which the way people search for information and make decisions has changed radically.
In recent years, people’s online behavior has been profoundly transformed. Searches no longer take place only on the search engines we are accustomed to, but are distributed across social platforms, video content, review platforms and tools based on generative AI. In this scenario, a brand’s visibility increasingly depends on its ability to be present throughout the user’s information journey, covering multiple search access points.
The project entrusted to Navla aims to support Volkswagen in developing a strategy capable of improving the organic visibility of the brand and its models, optimizing website content and making the information experience increasingly clear and accessible for users. The initiative includes strengthening the brand’s digital authority through visibility strategies across different search touchpoints.
Particular attention will also be paid to new emerging search modalities, such as responses generated by artificial intelligence systems and discovery environments based on multimedia and social content. In this context, the search strategy expands to also include the environments in which users discover and evaluate information through synthetic answers, video content and direct comparison.
Through this project, Volkswagen aims to strengthen its role as a point of reference in the automotive digital landscape, enhancing its online content and services and accompanying users along increasingly complex and articulated search journeys.
